The developers of this condominium project needed a unique logo/identity and full suite of marketing materials (website, brochure, collateral, signage & advertising campaigns) with which to market their high-end property.
The design intention for the logo and all materials was to project a modern, upscale, and tech-savvy image that would appeal to the sales team's target audience: young, successful Silicon Valley professionals.
